Ive bought fat burner from them. Ive bought it before straight of Dragon pharma site . But this time decided to by from this one cos of the price. This is not the same product,nothing close i think is fake . Maybe that’s why the delivery was quick

This company does not follow up on promises for delivery nor customer service. They lay their blame with shipping companies but you have to persistently call them for tracking information.
When they realize and confirm a product is lost they wait 45 BUSINESS DAYS! To send out a replacement. This is horrible when dealing with international or North American orders ie Canada... you will potentially be waiting 45-90 days for a product that costs $40 and they are not the only company to sell the product, so their drive for repeat customers and satisfaction is clearly not their concern.

Ordered Thursday and showed up Sunday, everything was perfect on the order and the supplements were well within their best used by dates. Prices were very good, I'll look here again when I'm ready for refills.

Excellent service , Bought fat burners off them, been using them from last 3-4 years, no complaints whatsoever. used US first class delivery not DHL , always got delivered to me on time. as it is delivered from US id does take extra time as compare to local AU.

my order never reach me despite of dhl mark it as "Lost" they never refund or send a replacement then i have to file a case in PayPal for refund...thankfully i got my refund...and now they discontinued PayPal As payment option in my country...advice if u have to order then only choose PayPal otherwise don't risk ur money....never

If I could give zero stars I would! Ordered 15th July. Still hasn't arrived. Can't even see where the parcel is located now. Zero help from their 'help center'... Don't waste your time or money with them!! Also; blaming Covid 19 is rubbish. I've ordered from three other companies in the same location, all my other parcels have arrived!! Ages ago.

Made an order they charged my credit card and never received it. They always say that they are waiting for an answer from DHL (more than 2 months) but when I ask for a confirmation number to talk straight to DHL they don’t provide it. Big scam don’t buy from them
